First come first served parking. There are usually enough spots available right out front if not please use alternate lot behind pool across the parking lot.

Getting around

The unit is 15 minutes from the airport. Typical Uber or Lyft fare is around 20 dollars. That is always subject to change based one uber / lyft availability.

Pets are allowed

Dogs are welcome (1 dog maximum, under 35 lbs) with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must be crated if left unattended. Dogs must be on leash at all times when outdoors and owners must pick up after their pets per HOA rules. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.

House Rules

Please adhere to posted Magnolia Pointe Rules. The rules are included in the photo section. Upon checking out please put all garbage in dumpsters, put used towels and sheets on floor in bathrooms and make sure all windows and doors are locked.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
